I then came home and have been laying around ever since. I know that sounds bad but it's accident kind of nice. I've been on the computer learning a lot about kayak paddles. I know a lot about Whitewater but have a lot to learn about flat water. I was also watching YouTube videos on how to build a wooden boat and even a wooden paddle. I don't know if that's exactly what I'm going to be doing anytime soon, but I really enjoy that kind of stuff. Maybe someday the boys I will build a boat together. That would be lots of fun.
I was hoping to be able to walk this weekend and get the clearance from my doctor to be able to go and do some kind work outside. However, they want me to wear the brace and have it in locked out mode anytime I walk. It seems ridiculous but I have to be careful not to reinjure it until it's totally healed. I am struggling super bad. I want to go out and do things. Hopefully next week the doctor will let me take my brace off and I can get back to normal. At least light-duty normal.
